The mission for Arbor Bindings was to develop a unique standalone line, built around models that are utilitarian, but not basic – well designed, but not over engineered. Our goal is create durable, user–friendly designs that deliver real performance and effective technologies. The System X Baseplate
Transfers rider input out to four heel-and-toe convergence zones, improving communication and control of your edge. Our System X baseplate limits the binding’s direct contact with the board to the disk and convergence zones, creating a more natural flex underfoot, reducing binding flat spots, and eliminating rigid board contact.
The System X Outsole
The outsole is a dampening interface made from a special TPE Rubber. It integrates with the SystemX design, sitting between the binding and a rider’s snowboard. The outsole diffuses high–frequency chatter while providing rebound and cushion for high–impact landings.
2 XD Footbed
The 2XD footbed is a dual density footbed design. The upper part is made of a stronger material, which provides greater durability and an improved board feel. In the lower part, on the other hand, a shock-absorbing material is used in the area of the foot and heel, which provides a cushioning effect during landings after larger jumps and on harder snow.
Bow-Strap Adjuster
Asymmetrical Highbacks
All our bindings have low-mounted, asymmetrical highbacks with 5° pre-rotation. and thus guarantee an ergonomic fit with high freedom of movement.
Fiberglass Reinforcing
The Hemlock, and Sequoia, feature a 15% glass content for a softer, more forgiving ride; while the Cypress have 30% glass content for added strength and stability.

Our buckles offer ultra-reliable performance, with long-term durability and a tighter, stronger click for unparalleled boot to binding connection.
2x4 Mini Disc
Mini Disc’s require less surface area and along with theSystem X help provide a more organic snowboard flex under foot. Channel compatible.
Adjustable Aluminum Heelcups
Made from durable extruded aluminum. Offers amazing adjustability. Use the heelcup to center your foot and the disk to fine-tune your stance width. Lifetime warranty.Available on the Cypress, Hemlock, and Sequoia.
